St. Mary's North

This comprehensive hospital campus design, completed with HDR, included a six-floor, full-service hospital with a health and fitness center, cancer and imaging center, women's care center, and two medical office buildings. The design prioritized patient safety and comfort, as well as sustainable design — including low energy loss glass, high-reflectivity roof membrane, and energy-efficient lighting and building systems.

The architecture respected the local context of predominantly brick buildings while interjecting modern touches of metal panel and extensive glazing, while interiors were warm and tactile.
